EASTER FAMILY PICS

My cousin Kassie has been in town and did a little photoshoot with our family on Easter Sunday. She's startinig up a photography business (Namba Photography) and I think she got some really great shots!
Our family of 4 soon to be 6...

Adrienne 6 1/2 years

Lots & lots of pics from our Easter Weekend fun...

The proud decorators of a delicious Coconut Creme Cake...

Easter Egg hunt in our side yard with Dakota and our neighbor Jack...

Cooper eating a boiled egg... not sure if this child can eat much of anything without making a huge mess!

Everyone needs an Easter Egg Ferris Wheel, don't you think?

The Easter Bunny came!

The Easter Bunny brought candy, toys, books and Easter clothes. Adrienne had been really stressing that she didn't have an Easter dress and finally I told her not to worry about it anymore because the Easter Bunny had emailed me and told me that he was going to bring her one!
Before my parents left they stashed some Easter goodies in the cupboard and made a little Easter Hunt for the kids to do to find it. Adrienne and Ryan ended up doing it since Cooper was too interested in pounding his entire Bunny Big Ears before it was time to go to church!

Nice and sugared up... I feel sorry for their primary teachers:)

Dying Easter Eggs...

Primary Easter Party & Hunt

Saturday it rained all morning and the Primary Easter Egg hunt ended up inside.
Before the egg hunt they did some fun activities about "Building an Eternal Family" hence the hard hats.
Dakota, waiting patiently for the hunt to begin...

and she's off...

Adrienne was not going to let Cooper be the only one that could ride without training wheels and has gone ahead and taught herself... they both made that easy!

Ft. Meyer's Beach, Florida for a 10 year celebration vacation!

Ryan and I will celebrate our 10 year Anniversary in August. We've always planned to do some sort of fun vacation to celebrate. When we found out we were pregnant and would have a baby we figured we could still do something in August and bring the baby along, but when we found out we were having twins we decided we'd have to celebrate a little early.

My cousin Kassie and her little girl Dakota were planning to come out to visit in April and she kindly said she'd come out a little longer and watch our kids while we went somewhere... THANK YOU SO MUCH! We ended up taking a nice relaxing trip (April 1st-April 5th) to Fort Meyer's Beach, Florida...
Ready and in need of a little rest and relaxation!
We stayed at a nice hotel called the Pink Shell Resort and Spa...

this was our cute little rental car and kitchenette in our room
the view of the Gulf of Mexico from our room

I had to get pictures of Ryan doing a little work, what vacation would be complete without business calls, email exchanges and constant checking of my favorite device.... the blackberry! "Vacation Ryan" is much more fun than "work Ryan" (pictured below next to the pirate)

Bathing Beauties?????????????

This is as good as it's going to get being 26 weeks pregnant with twins!

at least Ryan is adorable:)

from our hotel room we also had a view of Sanibel Island across the way... we took a day trip over to check out the light house, collect some cool shells and check out the shops...

One of Cooper's preschool teacher's recommended an ice cream shop called Love Boat that was AMAZING!
I think Love Boat has it right, "Love is ice cream for two!"

two of the three pools at our hotel... the kids would have loved them
the hottest waiter at the hotel and a sandcastle that was built for a wedding on the beach
Ryan reminding me of Cooper

our great vacation is over...
next up...
buying a mini-van (yikes) and having a family of six (yikes again!)
