Ryan's cheering section...

This time around the kids and I came and watched Ryan do his triathlon... we all had fun and he did a great job. Cooper likes to tell people "my dad won the race"!

We rented a cabin with our good friends the Flemings and Christensens and enjoyed a few days away...very sticky, humid, bug invested days and Ryan still found Internet connections to do some work, but it was nice to all be together. Unfortunately, for the Flemings, Avery broke her arm on a teeter totter while the race was going on! Poor Avery and her family had a very long day getting a x-rays and a cast for the two bones she broke! She was a trooper, though!

We went to hamburger place called Spelunkers with the Christensens, yum! We made for a large, loud group and we were even missing the Flemings who were busy partying it on at two different hospital ERs!

Our cabin was right by the Shenandoah River and was very scenic, buggy, but scenic.
