Gravely Point is one of our favorite places to take a picnic.... hang out by the Potomac, eat, play some soccer (no more kite flying though after the cop yelled at us that it was a 'no fly zone' really? our kite was interfering with the planes?) and watch the planes fly right over us. When we went with Joey and Jessie the planes seemed SO loud... I was worried about the boys and I covered their poor little ears!
Joey and Jessie got us some tickets to go up in the Washington Monument, which we haven't done since Adrienne was about 6 months old and Cooper has never been up in it (or as Cooper would say, "and I was still in heaven")
